Environmental | Heath | Safety Manager Dallas-Fort Worth

Monday - Friday | Onsite work schedule - not a Hybrid position

SALARY RANGE: $115,000 annual bonus

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's EHS program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and implementing best practices.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a safety role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
  • Manage the Safety Coordinators
  • Manage EHS budget and oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in the EHS program
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures
  • Maintain records and documentation related to EHS compliance and incident reporting
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with EHS policies and procedures
