Futures Inc. is seeking qualified Individualized Support Provider/ Admin Support candidates for the Norwich area! Successful candidates will work with and supervise individuals with developmental challenges. While actively working as an Individualized Support Provider you will support the directives in place for those individuals.

Job Title: Individual Support Provider/Administrative Support

Reports to: Case Manager

Starting Rate: $18.50 / hour

Period of Employment: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position

Job Purpose: To support the programs of Futures Inc. Consumers. Establishes a consistent management
presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required with specialization in
  psychology, special education, counseling, youth work, or equivalent life experience
• Two to five years of experience working with Consumers with developmental disabilities, including experience with behaviorally challenged Consumers
• Good independent assessment, observation, and org. skills
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to operate computer programs (Ex. Word, Excel,
  Medisked) and assistive technology devices (Ex. iPad)
• Good interpersonal skills in a variety of settings and situations.
• Ability to effectively present oneself, orally and in writing
• Ability to exercise discretion and work independently with general supervision
• Reliable transportation; required to travel between multiple offices

Working Conditions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening/closing buildings or arranging coverage
• Provides direct service to Consumers, implements Behavior Plans, reports
  accomplishment of goals and objectives weekly,
  3. Reports to designated supervisors, organizes household materials which may involve
  lifting of household items
  4. Participates in individual team meetings as needed
  5. Develops communication strategies, answers questions and addresses requests
  6. Assists with daily, weekly, monthly Daily Log monitoring and reporting in MediSked
  7. Assist with fleet maintenance
  8. Performs office-related tasks to ensure operational goals are met
  9. Accomplishes related results as needed
