What you'll do:

• Lead and execute website design
• Help produce landing pages and funnel designs alongside the marketing team (conversion rate manager and media buyers).
• Assist with producing social media content with a social media manager.
• Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
• Drive acquisition, engagement and retention of web visitors to all FuturHealth web properties, increasing lead generation, customer engagement and customer acquisition by collecting and analyzing data on website usage to improve performance and conversion rates.

It's a perfect match if you have:

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, web content and customer journey best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Duda, Weebly & WordPress.
• Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML & CSS.
• Experience building and optimizing websites for lead generation and SEO.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• 5 years of Web Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design and digital marketing.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, responsive web design and practices, CMS Platforms and the latest UI/UX practices.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs for digital media.
• Must possess a portfolio with design examples.
