Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging posts for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in developing content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Support the maintenance of our website by updating content and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials such as banners and presentations.
• Contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to expand our reach.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers and followers across social media platforms to build a strong online community.
• Provide regular reports on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivilent
• Basic Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Any healthcare training is a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
