Program Manager, Active Secret Clearance

Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

This requirement supports Senior Leaders and requires minimally 2 workdays in the office (Pentagon), with the remainder as telework days. The amount of in office support is mission dependent, and may be adjusted by the COR as needed. Fully remote support may be approved on a case by case basis.

Day-to-Day for our Client:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of administrative management tools, templates, training and program governance and reporting.
• The support shall include, but is not limited to, assisting in preparing agenda topics; planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings; preparing and distributing minutes; and recording and reporting closure of key initiatives.
• Ensure all administrative support efforts are consistent with the governance principles and framework, government statutes, policies, regulations and related guidance.
• All work shall be performed in coordination and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for the portfolio management of all SAF/CN contracts.
• Monitor funding, modifications and oversight of all contract actions for the organization.
• Support the Division Chiefs in any meetings, preparing briefs or providing status on all contract actions.
• Support Contract Court, Annual Execution Reviews, and Quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Provide status reports to Leadership on contracts, modifications and new requirement packages utilizing the Strategic Management Tool (SMT).
• Provide input to the HAF Effectiveness Review via SMT.

Requirements:

• Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Must have relevant experience managing diverse, technical support teams for a minimum of six (6) years
• Minimum of three (3) years Program Management experience,
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in support management.
