Role: Business Analyst

Client Location- Hybrid Role: Charlotte NC so that they can go onsite with the team. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Exp: 10 yrs

1 BI BA role: ( notes from call) Goal was to create business PowerBI reports.

. Need someone to work between data end users and business leaders to understand reporting needs, where they need visibility, etc. and act as a go-between to the BI team who are building power BI dashboards. Also, should have strong background in data analytics and understand concepts like data governance, etc. although priority out of the gate will be on reporting. Data warehousing environment is all set.

Scientific / Analytical background with very strong communication skills.

Someone who understands nuances of data, enterprise needs.

2 BA:

-complex system, and need someone with a scientific/analytical mindset and skillset to be able to support

-flow diagrams (understand and read process flow diagrams, especially deep diving into it) should have a strong background navigating complex systems with lots of contingencies and consumed and communicated around workflow diagrams associated with them.

• digital transformation multiyear multimillion dollar project.
• Tech stack/environment: SharePoint, ADO (Azure DevOps) for project tasks, integrate test scripts into ADO. Automation of test cases with Tosca. Use Figma for UX design tool to create mockups. Some would work closely with UX design team to ensure mockups.

Job Description:

*Our preferred candidate professional will have very strong analytical and communication skills, ideally with transportation industry expertise and scientific background: such as physics, math, engineering, etc. Also, professionals with a strong analysis/design background.

Good communication skills and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

Excellent analytical abilities, capable of handling complexity, preferably with a background in science.

Proficient in technical understanding of the systems.

Skilled in interpreting complex flowcharts and making connections.

In addition to the above, below are the job duties :

• Gather and validate functional requirements from stakeholders
• Document functional requirements
• Perform data analysis and cleansing of master data
• Assist in developing data quality metrics
• Present analysis and recommend data cleansing and anomaly detection algorithms/rules for dynamic processing
• Develop functional design and data flow documents for dynamic processing
• Implement and validate prototypes for dynamic processing
• Design and implement comparison testing methodologies
• Assist in data/functionality remediation strategy
• Facilitate workshops to validate and update designs
