Senior Manager, Training and Development, Warehouse Management Systems
Position Overview :
The Senior Manager, Training and Development, Warehouse Management Systems is responsible for leading and executing all training and upskilling initiatives for G-III s Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required for employee’s ability to perform resulting in developing industry-leading talent within the Organization.
Building high-demand skills workforce is essential for the business to remain competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
This position play’s a crucial role providing training programs and development opportunities to expand employee’s abilities and minimize skill gaps by developing, implementing, and managing training programs that ensure our warehouse staff are proficient in the use of our systems.
This position requires strong background in Human Resources, Training & Development, and familiarity with Warehouse Operations.
