Must be 18 .
Role:

Must Have 2 years of Proven experience working in a deli or bagel deli.(A MUST)
Grill experience a plus
Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
Customer management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Great opportunity for advancement and long-term employment.

Able to train Employees in the food safety and preparations area.
Ability to Operate store and supervise when the Owner is NOT THERE.
Have Transportation and live in nearby surrounding area

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage staff effectively.
Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers or being able to co-manage with another person.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
Additional store manager duties as needed.

Pay: 18-19 an hour TIPS depending on exp. This is NOT a Trainee job ONLY Experience will be looked at.
SALARY CAN BE NEGOTIABLE
"Weekend availability is A MUST."
