Duties

• Manage warehouse including tool and material inventory organization
• Facilities maintenance including cleaning and small repairs/job for building and hiring contractors if needed for small repairs
• Pick up and deliveries as required to support field staff
• Review of monthly enterprise fleet and WEX fuel card program invoices
• Managing of fleet registrations and maintenance in coordination with Fleet Enterprise Service

Candidate should have:

• CDL B driver’s license
• Working knowledge of vehicle mechanics (if responsible for fleet)
• Working knowledge of power tools
• Excel spreadsheet proficiency
• Interpersonal skills
• Scheduling proficiency
• Forklift proficiency
• Software application proficiency
• Safety Procedure Awareness
