$80,000 Expected First-Year Earnings through commission

Responsibilities •Manage cultivation of sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments •Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents •Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary •Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries •Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company •Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary Qualifications •Competitive and winning attitude - Must want to be #1 •Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell •Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system •Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent •Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills •Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
