We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of our Operations Team. In this full-time position, the candidate will collaborate with our team on a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Under the direction of the Team Leader, the candidate will be responsible for managing the customer accounts within their area. Duties include but are not limited to: billing, quoting, researching inquiries, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
