G3 ASSET Management is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager - Part Time Near Saint Joseph, MO

We are looking for someone to join our growing team of property managers! If you are a responsible, upbeat, and motivated self-starter then we want to hear from you! G3 Asset Management specializes in managing self-storage businesses in MO and KS and is focused on improving the quality of life for customers by connecting with them and helping them with their storage needs.

As a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager you will play a critical role on our team, ensuring each customer has a positive experience. We are looking for motivated employees who demonstrate integrity, authentically manage responsibility, and enjoy helping others with their product / service needs.

Responsibilities: As a part time Assistant Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Work alongside facility manager to perform business and operational activities
  • Develop superior customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing them with solutions
  • Guide new customers through the rental process and contract execution
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Perform at a high level without constant supervision
  • Opening and closing of facility office
  • Manage cash drawer while on shift, including taking and posting payments, making deposits, and daily close activities
  • Maintain the office cleanliness and visual appeal
  • May need to travel locally to other facility locations or run errands for the facility

Requirements:

  • You will be expected to work approximately 16-32 hours a week including some Saturdays
  • Experience in property management, retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, casual dining, or self-storage
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or an Associates degree would be preferred
  • Basic computer skills and physical ability to do the job (lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. on occasion, walking large property, etc.)
  • Must have a current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to, from and during work.
  • Must be willing to work most Saturdays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
