Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Crew Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our field crew. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trigonometry, schematics, building practices, GPS technology, Carlson software, Civil 3D, data collection methods, CAD software, GIS applications, and geometry. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of field technicians and workers - Plan and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements - Ensure crew compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work - Train new crew members on equipment operation and job procedures - Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project updates - Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a construction or fieldwork environment - Proficiency in using GPS technology, Carlson software, Civil 3D, CAD software, and GIS applications - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and data accurately - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members - Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work under pressure - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the field while utilizing advanced technology and construction practices.
