Responsibilities
- Performing all general cleaning of the facility and restrooms as assigned by management including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, gathering of trash for removal, etc.
- Refilling supplies and all paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper.
- Wiping and sanitizing entire kitchens.
- Routine cleaning of facilities and grounds to ensure safety and a respectable appearance.
- Move furniture and fixtures as required.
- Work in a collaborative team environment and communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage various tasks in a defined period of time.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Ability to move and handle fixtures weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Time management and proactivity
- Knowledge and use of handheld tools
- Analyze problems with facility/systems and consult with supervisor on solution
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Knowledge and practice of working in a safe manner
- Ability to work with various contractors and supervise if needed
