Gaatu, Inc. (Smart Warehousing Meets Tailored Fulfillment) an e-commerce company, is looking for a responsible, efficient individual with stellar supervisor skills to manage warehouse distribution and 3PL. It is a full-time position.

This work shift will be Sunday to Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Positions are full time with occasional OT. We are looking for a warehouse experienced team member to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Ideal candidates will be hard working, punctual, dependable, self-motivated, detail oriented, and flexible.

Job Responsibility:

• Generate orders and print shipping labels using existing system.
• Operate stand up forklifts, Order pickers, Turret truck a plus but not necessary.
• Pick/Pack/Ship orders with accuracy.
• Receive and Stock Shipments.
• Execute Cycle Counts.
• Transport picked materials to pack station for shipping.
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Adhere to and comply with company standards and procedures.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• Kept warehouse clean and organized to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
• Additional work-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven experience as forklift operator, forklift certified.
• Must be detail-oriented and have experience using computer and internet.
• Warehouse Shipping, Receiving and Inventory knowledge.
• Familiar with Auto Parts is a plus.
• Able to work weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) as required.
• Team player oriented.
• Ability to lift, pull or push up to 70 lbs.
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills.

Note: Applicant would need to pass the background check in order to be hired for the role.

Sign-in bonus: new contractors/employees will be eligible for a $500 sign-in bonus under condition of successful service for 60 days with the company and minimum of 200 hours serviced.
