Responsibilities:

• Drives the overall customer experience, operational excellence and total store results
• Thrives in in fast paced environment
• Elevates store visual standards and merchandising to support the customer experience
• Participate in walk through of departments with direct supervisor to identify strengths and opportunities
• Builds customer loyalty-including leading customer and associate awareness of the loyalty program
• Leads and models all customer service behaviors
• Ensure all cashiers and fitting room associates are fully trained and follow all guidelines

• Schedule flexibility to include all operating hours of the store including nights, weekends and holidays
• Position requires a minimum of 4 closing shifts per week
• Must have previous retail management or key holder experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
