ResponsibilitiesThis position could grow into a department head position, if that is of interest. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Creating plastic extrusion tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
• Assisting machine operators and machinists
• Adjusting the extrusion tooling
• Working with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and improve production processes

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Four or more years of plastic extrusion tooling design experience for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
• Strong extrusion processing knowledge
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
