RN / Patient Care Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervision, orientation, mentoring, developing and on-going evaluation of all patient care staff who are engaged in the delivery of care.
- Assures compliance with agency policies and procedures, state and federal laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
- Participation in the Manager on-call rotation
- Assist with talent acquisition to ensure adequate staffing is maintained
- Coordinate and facilitate IDT meetings
- Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement efforts
- Assist with patient case load, as needed
- Manage IDT process for multiple Physicians and Teams
- Management, 1 year (Required)
- Hospice Care, 2 years (Required)
- Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred
- Valid RN Texas License
- CHPN preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
- Associate (Preferred)
- CHPN (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) (Required)
