Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and estates.
• Compile individual tax returns.
• Conduct bookkeeping duties for clients.
• Engage in extensive correspondence with clients and federal and state tax authorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in tax return preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Familiarity with Lacerte tax software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a comfort level in client interactions.
• Prior experience working for a CPA firm is a must.
• Experience with multi-state tax returns is desired.
• Preferred experience with international tax forms such as Forms 3520, 3528, 3520-A, and 5471.
• Exposure to clients in the real estate and entertainment industries is advantageous.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $80K to $140K, paid overtime, and exceptional opportunities for career advancement.
