ENTRY LEVEL WORKER’S COMPENSATION ATTORNEY
Bronx law firm seeking newly admitted Attorney to become a part of our team! We are seeking entry level newly admitted attorneys (consideration for bar admission pending for the right candidate*). Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication skills, and comprehensive understanding of the law. This is an * in-person position. *
While working closely under the supervision of an experienced Workers Compensation, master all aspects of workers compensation, including but not limited to hearing prep, depositions, draft pleadings and motions. Negotiate settlements throughout all stages of a case.
*Continued employment is contingent on bar admission
Qualifications:
- Successful passage of the Bar Exam
- Admittance to the Bar Association (non-admitted candidates will be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
