Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Director, a MT/MLT – Shift Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising laboratory operations during assigned shift and performing laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
