- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement health and safety regulations

- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Experience catering services
- Familiarity with Micros POS system
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple units efficiently
