Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Tire Technician to perform a variety of duties related to tire installation, repair, and maintenance. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support, maintaining the safety and performance of their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks.
• Perform wheel alignments and tire pressure adjustments.
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess tire wear and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, consulting customers on tire care and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a tire technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tire-related equipment and tools.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
