Great American's Alternative Markets Division was formed in 1999. The division specializes in mono-line and/or multi-line primary admitted programs on either a traditional guaranteed cost (Elite Programs) or risk-sharing basis (Agency Captives & Group Captives). Alternative Markets supports both niche programs and generalist portfolios, subject a minimum controlled rollover of $3,000,000 or more.

Successful candidates could have the opportunity to Cross-Train in our other claim lines of business, including Commercial Property, Casualty, Auto, and Worker’s Compensation
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Liberal Arts, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience: Generally, 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
• Secure all required state Claims Adjuster licenses (an exam may be required) within six months.
