Hours: 7:30 - 5:00 (usually 4:00)

Monday-Thursday 7:30-5:00

Job Summary:

Performs duties that include:

· Filing charts

· Delivering charts to the appropriate department

· Checking the fax machine and distributing them to the appropriate department

· Aids other front-line staff, including medical secretaries, medical records, phone operators, medical assistants, providers, etc. as needed.

· Stocks patient rooms/helps with washing/folding gowns in the afternoons

· Participate in team and staff meetings as required or requested.

· Prepares paperwork and clerical duties as necessary for the upkeep of patient records & insurance.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Customer Service or Physician's Office experience preferred.

· Must know alphabet

· Extremely dedicated in providing outstanding customer/patient service.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
