The position is hybrid and based part of the week out of their office in Downtown Manhattan. Job Details

• Assist attorneys with Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases
• Perform extensive legal and factual research
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Assist with e-filing of legal documents
• Maintain case tracking information in database
• Manage calendar events and deadlines
• Assist attorneys with trial preparations and proceedings
• Salary Range: $90-135k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
• Paralegal certificate, a major plus!
• 7 years’ experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal
• Top-notch legal research, writing, and proofreading skills
• Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
