In response to platform growth, they are seeking an elite Google Media Director to own all aspects of large-scale campaigns across various Paid Social ad products, leading planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Senior digital media professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of Google media buying strategies
• Leads a team of media buyers and provides guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure direct report’s development and alignment w media buying goals and objectives.
• Ensures ad spend is allocated efficiently to achieve the best possible ROI.
• Makes and launches creative.
• Analyzes performance metrics, stays updated on industry trends, and collaborates with other departments to align media buying activities with the overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of conversion-focused, Google Ad buying within an affiliate marketing OR performance marketing agency
• Must have significant experience scaling campaign budgets well over $1,000,000/yr
• Must have significant experience with conversion-focused media campaigns Optimized for gross margin, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Capable of handling highly complex and fast-changing media targets and offers
• Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of media channels and advertising technologies.
