SummaryWe are seeking a talented individual for an Audit Principal who works independently under general supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment leading and/or conducting operational, financial and compliance audits and other related projects.
Your role in our mission

• Supervises or performs audit testing procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing test criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
• Assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to management.
• Assists in the identification and evaluation of the organization’s audit risk areas and provides key input to the development of the internal audit plan.
• Provides consulting services to organizational management and staff.
• Supervises or prepares the Company’s SOX internal evaluation and testing program.
• Assists in the coordination of SOX compliance activities with Company departments, co-sourcing service provider, and external auditors.
• Develops and maintains productive team-oriented client, staff and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
• Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships.
• Represents internal auditing on organizational project teams, at management meetings and with external organizations.
• Utilizes available electronic tools to develop programs and analysis that assist in the audit and monitoring processes.
• Maintains all organizational and professional ethical standards.
• Performs related work as assigned by the Sr. Director of IA.

What we're looking for

• 10 years of experience in internal auditing including Sarbanes Oxley testing and process documentation, Financial, business process and IT general controls, Service Organization Control audit testing, and Operational, Financial and IT Auditing
• 5 years of supervisory or project management experience
• Working knowledge of contemporary risk management, control frameworks and risk self-assessment facilitation techniques.
• Working knowledge of information systems management terminology, concepts, and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products
• Proficiency in the use of software tools for reports, audits, data extraction, analysis, and presentations
• Healthcare experience preferred
• CIA, CPA or other related certification desired

The pay range for this position is $108,600.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
