Summary

Supports the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within a specific industry and functional area to meet objectives and quality standards for clients.

Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal job-related training or work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

Identifies issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Your role in our mission

The individual will work within the Cash Operations Team performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to :

• Accurate typing adding and managing deposit information / account numbers.
• Verify spreadsheets / banking information, daily fund verification inflows and outflows.
• Customer phone calls and email communications, post-provider payments.
• Maintain transaction records. Processing state directives and mail preparation.
• Accuracy of details and the highest level of quality.
• Required to be on-site weekly and in coordination with peers.

What we're looking for

• Associates, Bachelors or equivalent industry experience
• Financial banking experience
• The individual will be expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time-management skills
• Ability to utilize effective communication (verbal and electronic) with Clients
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)

The pay range for this position is $47,000.00 - $67,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
