Develop solution design and ensure that the solution meets the business 
requirements and implementation outcomes
• Assist with developing project plans, coordinate team members, track project 
progress, and keep stakeholders informed. 
• Outlines specific performance measures, targets, and goals to articulate the 
business case for realized efficiencies or added value
• Develops, presents, and defends conclusions, recommendations, and 
implementation plans
• Contributes to quality reviews of assigned engagements
• Identifies technical issues and propose solutions
• Collaborate on functional and technical designs
• Analyzes and applies industry best practices. 
• Uses defined processes and practices in assessing engagement risks

REQUIREMENTS

1. 10 years’ experience managing small-midsized project teams to achieve the 
successful development and implementation of a variety of solutions in 
multiple client environments
2. Possess implementation experience with at least 3 major projects covering 
end-to-end requirements. 
3. Must be well versed with the technical aspects of the various filed service 
management systems preferably in water and/or gas utilities 
4. Have good working knowledge of utility distributions, collections, meter 
reading and other field service activities
5. Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
6. Great leadership and communication skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization.

SharePoint
