Job Description:
- Responsible for collecting all project requirements.
- Responsible for gathering and formalizing business requirements
- Interacting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective delivery
- Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood
- Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs / Epics/User Stories
- Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas and identifying solutions
- Strong working experience on Loans Applications Servicing and Origination
- In-depth knowledge of Loans processing end to end .
- Should be proficient with STLC, Testing techniques and tools.
- Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and ALM.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management.
