Responsibilities
- Oversee department of 3.
- Sets up, troubleshoot and diagnose, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
- Follows preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Advises Plant Management of the tools, materials and parts needed to maintain production equipment.
- Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
- Maintains a working report with equipment suppliers.
- Maintains a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
- Repairs equipment and machines using electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding experience.
- Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
- Thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
- Manufacturing experience required, Metals preferred.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office).
- To work necessary overtime and on-call time responsibility.
- Must be able to supervise, delegate, and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
- Experience in Machine Shop equipment, hand/power tools, basic electronic measuring equipment.
- Manufacturing experience required.
