Overview

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team in providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our restaurant guests, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our visitors. Your warm smile, attentive demeanor, and attention to detail will set the tone for their dinner.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Create and manage wait list and reservations
• Seat guests at appropriate table
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist servers with whatever they need. Bus tables, print checks, run food, etc.
• Provide personalized guest relations, ensuring that each guest feels valued and cared for.

Requirements

• Experience in a restaurant is preferred but willing to train the right person
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Square or similar POS.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

We are looking for someone to work 2-3 shifts a week with weekend availability a must. The schedule is flexible, shifts are 3-4 hours starting at 5pm. Hourly wage of $12 plus tips.
