We build the chandeliers custom according to the customer’s space; this means that all our chandeliers are 100% customizable.
All our designs are made with our top in-house lighting designers.
Job Brief: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team with data entry, order processing, product listing, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and efficient handling of orders, maintain product listings, provide exceptional customer service, and perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: 1-Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
2-Order Processing:
Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
Generate quotes and process invoices.
Verify order details and ensure proper handling and shipment.
Generate and print shipping labels.
Coordinate with the studio to produce and expedite orders.
Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
3-Product Listing:
Create and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
Optimize product listings for SEO and better visibility.
Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
4-Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Provide product information and assistance to customers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
5-Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Support the team with scheduling, communications, and other operational needs.

Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations.
Money Talk
Salary job will be paid on a Bi-weekly basis by direct deposit through ADP.
Full time job
Starting Salary will be $16.50 Hour.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, order processing, product listing, and customer service.
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Wix etc.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Excellent organizational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability and willingness to work closely with others and departments.
Willingness to learn new skills as needed to support the team.
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

Monday – Thursday - 9:00am – 6:00pm
Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
Weekends closed
