Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sterility in the dental office environment to ensure patient safety.

Duties:
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following established protocols
- Maintain and organize inventory of supplies needed for sterilization processes
- Monitor and document sterilization logs for compliance with infection control standards
- Assist dental staff with instrument preparation and setup for procedures
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination
