Permit Specialist & Fleet Coordinator Responsibilities

As our Permit Specialist & Fleet Coordinator, you'll be a crucial part of our operations for all departments. Your responsibilities will include:

Permits:

• Pulling and managing permits
• Attending and coordinating inspections
• Scheduling and planning meetings
• Maintaining meticulous permit logs

Fleet Management:

• Managing and maintaining GPS systems
• Keeping insurance and DMV tags up-to-date
• Handling smog tests, registrations, etc.
• Ensuring spare keys are available for all vehicles
• Scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Managing new vehicle intake
• Coordinating fleet operations for 3 departments

To qualify, you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet and or permit management or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
