POSITION PURPOSE
The human resources department is dedicated to partnering with our internal clients to maximize the potential of our greatest asset—our employees. We embrace change and the opportunity it brings. We are focused on delivering quality customer service and are committed to recruiting, developing, rewarding, and retaining our workforce. This position assists in the creating and maintenance of HR forms or documents, answers basic employee questions, schedules interviews, orientations or training sessions. It also assists in benefit administration, inputs HR related data into our HRIS and complies standards reporting for management review. Overall, the role performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resource department.
