What You Will Do

• Provides prompt pricing analysis and guidance to Finance and Sales teams for current and new business opportunities
• Manages annual financial planning process and financial reporting requirements for assigned functional area.
• Identifies, advises and implements process improvements in support of business initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional team members to obtain input, formulate strategies, gain alignment and execute project initiatives.
• Maintains strong understanding of pricing trends and variables
• Leads the creation of tools that turn data from systems into information that drives management decisions.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in accounting or finance reflecting increasing levels or responsibility; or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
• Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, aslisted in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance plus 5 years experience in accounting or finance reflectingincreasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and customers.
• Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Experience performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
• Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $65,400.00 - $98,000.00.

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
