Galvanize Law is seeking a part-time marketing coordinator to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals serving the construction industry. The ideal candidate has experience creating and managing websites, social media channels, and newsletter campaigns. Our work environment is semi-remote, with all files and documentation saved in our firm management system and on our remote server. The marketing coordinator must have a high proficiency in learning new computer programs and be self-motivated to ensure accuracy and completion of all work in an on-line environment. The marketing coordinator will work directly with our management team to develop content for our website, social media, and newsletter campaigns, coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral and photography, oversee hosted events, prepare PowerPoint presentations, manage marketing association calendars, liaison with attorneys on their marketing goals and efforts, and track, monitor, and report on the progress of our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, accountable, has a strong attention to detail and committed to helping us effectively communicate with our clients, partners, and prospective clients.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Executes Galvanize Law’s current marketing strategy, marketing plan, and marketing campaigns. 
• Communications to leadership team on progress of marketing activities and KPIs. 
• Builds brand awareness and positioning within the construction community, focused on growing audiences for our services. 
• Oversees company website, including content and blog writing, editing, revising, and publishing, as well as SEO optimization and platform updates. 
• Oversees social media channels including creating and posting content, tracking performance and engaging with key audiences. 
• Collateral development and marketing campaigns for print and digital, including signage, brochures, Powerpoint presentations, social media graphics, website graphics, and promotional materials. 
• Coordinates with vendors on promotional materials including printers, photographers, and retailers. 
• Develops periodical e-newsletter with latest website content to existing and potential clients.
• Oversee hosted events including managing registration lists, promotion of events, and Galvanize Law support team to ensure events are properly marketed, set up, and catered. 
• Support attorneys with their marketing efforts including preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating business cards, and executing their individual marketing efforts. 
• Manage marketing association calendars and registration with our partner organizations. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 
• Proven marketing campaign experience. 
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask. 
• Strong copywriting skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Professional and proactive work ethic. 
• High competence in project management. 
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 
• Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. 
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and high competency in Microsoft PowerPoint. 
• Design experience and proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience working with digital marketing and website platforms including Squarespace, Campaign Monitor, and Google Analytics. 
• Preferred knowledge of the legal field and construction industry.

Job Type: Part-time 

Salary Range: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule: 

10 – 20 hours per week, hybrid potential, remote for right candidate
