Galvanize Law is a women-owned and operated construction law firm with 10 lawyers. Galvanize Law is seeking a part-time marketing coordinator to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals serving the construction industry. The ideal candidate has experience creating and managing websites, social media channels, and newsletter campaigns. Our work environment is semi-remote, with all files and documentation saved in our firm management system and on our remote server. The marketing coordinator must have a high proficiency in learning new computer programs and be self-motivated to ensure accuracy and completion of all work in an on-line environment. The marketing coordinator will work directly with our management team to develop content for our website, social media, and newsletter campaigns, coordinate with vendors for marketing collateral and photography, oversee hosted events, prepare PowerPoint presentations, manage marketing association calendars, liaison with attorneys on their marketing goals and efforts, and track, monitor, and report on the progress of our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, accountable, has a strong attention to detail and committed to helping us effectively communicate with our clients, partners, and prospective clients.
