We are looking for a highly professional and personable individual to work as a Front Desk Receptionist at our local dental office. Our practice takes pride in our positive reputation locally, so we need an enthusiastic team member who can build positive relationships with patients and foster a fun, friendly environment. The ideal candidate has experience with front desk reception and enjoys interacting with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing guests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and acting as contact for walk-in guests.
  • Answering questions regarding dental procedures and services.
  • Maintaining files of correspondence and customer records.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
