Game X Change is a rising name in the entertainment buy and resell market, and we are searching for a candidate that is willing to learn and grow in the industry along with us. We are searching for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in the purchase and sale of various new/used goods. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
- Ensure the quality and usability of products being sold to the store

Requirements & Skills
- Basic knowledge of some of the various products that we sell (Video Games/Consoles, Movies, Comics/Manga, Vinyls, TV's, Guitars, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- A reliable form of transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Pay: Starting at $9.50/hr, with a bonus after finishing your first 90 days with the company, as well as a consistent raise schedule dependent on performance.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
