The Sales / Community Outreach Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, customer relationship management, and identifying new market opportunities in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Business to Business Sales
• Setting up consultations
• Lead management
• Build and Maintain Community Relationships. Establish and nurture relationships with community organizations, gyms, local businesses and government agencies etc.
• Engage with the Aurora Chamber Of Commerce. Attending meetings and events to network and promote GameDay and identify collaborative opportunities for community engagement and business development
• Report and Document Activities. Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, contacts, results

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in either direct or B2B sales
• Passionate About Helping Men to Feel Their Best: Demonstrate a strong desire to serve and support men with their health goals.
• You are currently a TRT patient or know someone who is
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Networking Ability: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local businesses

Position Wage Commission

• $20-30 per hour depending on experience
• Commission

Schedule:

• Part time Monday to Friday
• 25 Hours per week
• Work performed in person (not a virtual position)
• This position is designed to convert to full time after proven success
