Our Back Bay and Watertown clinics are opening soon and looking for a Medical Receptionist/ Front Desk person to help us make men feel their best.

We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. As our Receptionist you are the first face they see and an integral part of their transformation.

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

-Ground Marketing: from time to time you'll visit fire stations, sporting events, etc to bring gifts, set up a booth and help get the word out about Gameday

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

- Team player mentality and positive outlook! This position is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys seeing others change their life for the best!

-MA experience not required but a plus!

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
