Our Avon, Indiana clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse / General Manager to oversee the daily function of our clinic. The RN General Manager will obsess over providing an amazing patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence, and support the clinician/provider.

Key Responsibilities Include:

● Patient care: Support Clinic Director (Nurse Practitioner) with patient visits when needed; ability to wear multiple hats and assist with clinical duties as needed. Assist with scheduling, confirmation and follow-up with patients.

● Revenue: High ticket closing support, save membership cancellations, declined payment reach outs, quality control, assist with local ground marketing when needed.

● Inventory: Medical supply inventory, non-medical inventory, vendor management.

● Quality: Frequent compliance QA checks, patient quality control checks, reducing staff errors.

● Employee Culture: Staff management, office maintenance, excellent communication skills, self-driven, GREAT ATTITUDE, POSITIVE ENERGY!!!

● Human Resources: Assist Franchise Administrator with recruiting, hiring, training and payroll as directed.

Qualifications:

● Active RN license in the state you are applying for

● At least 2 years of RN experience

● Confident leading teams and handling administrative tasks

● Ability to wear multiple hats and support all staff and Franchise Administrator

● Experience in aesthetics or cash pay medicine preferred

● Experience managing direct reports (in any industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week (clinic will open at 3-days per week and increase to 4-days per week upon demand)
