Summary Working with close supervision, the Loss Prevention Lead initiates, coordinates, and assists in the development of operational procedures in order to reduce shrinkage, increase safety, and protect assets. Associates in the role will oversee the development and work of the loss prevention specialists; ensure the Fulfillment Centers are audited quarterly and oversee the RMA process to ensure all equipment is credited. Associate will interact with his or her supervisor frequently during each work period. Nearly all but the most routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.
