The Head of Marketing and Ecommerce is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of GameStop's marketing and ecommerce business. Key areas of focus are revenue growth, customer experience, and profitability. This position will work closely with the executive team across the organization to align marketing and ecommerce initiatives with the broader goals and objectives of the business.
This position is onsite in Grapevine, Texas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Execute the company's ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, store traffic and increase market share.
•Lead online marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, email and social media.
•Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the website.
•Work with merchandising to execute partner and vendor promotions and co-op marketing.
•Report to executive leadership and provide insights on ecommerce performance and trends.
REQUIREMENTS
•Retail and ecommerce experience a must.
•10 or more years of retail leadership experience, including managing nationwide multi-million-dollar marketing programs in a retail environment.
•Highly entrepreneurial with extensive knowledge of the components of a profitable retail business.
•Experience in ecommerce, with a track record of driving sales and increasing revenue.
•Strong understanding of major ad platform algorithms, ad products, optimization levers, and roadmaps also pertaining to broader industry developments impacting our program.
•Expert ability to sell marketing placements to current vendors and non-endemic vendors for in store print, email campaigns, social media, in store video and influencer marketing.
