Gaming Talent is Hiring a Head of Customer Support, Gaming Near Miami, FL

Our client, a fast growing, highly successful US gaming company, is seeking its new Head of Customer Support.

They need this candidate to lead their customer service team and ensure that their players have an exceptional gaming experience.

This candidate will ideally have previous gaming sector experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to enhance player satisfaction and retention

· Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, provide training, guidance, and support to ensure that team members deliver outstanding service

· Collaborate with the product and development teams to address player concerns, provide feedback on game improvements, and escalate technical issues as needed

· Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiency

· Continuously assess and enhance the customer support experience, implementing best practices and tools to streamline operations and optimize service delivery

· Represent the customer support team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer-centric initiatives

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the Company remains at the forefront of customer support excellence

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field

· 5 years of experience in customer support or a related role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management

· Strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry and a passion for creating exceptional player experiences

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players, team members, and stakeholders

· Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making

· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure
