Vault / Credit Assistant

• Be familiar w / Excel & Word
• Be a quick learner
• Have great math and analytical skills
• Great interaction with customers

Job responsibilities include :

• Cash posting
• Handling credit administration paperwork
• Processing Credit Applications for

Approval

• Assist the vault
• Ordering and tracking of office supplies for

Anaheim and HQ

• Accounting A / R reporting
• Process payments through our Qcheck system
• This position is fulltime & hours are 8 : am-5 : 00pm.
