Paint/Hardware Retail SalesJob SummaryGanahl Lumber Company Lake Forest is looking for "customer first" attitude person to join our Paint Department team. This employee will play a critical role in helping our customer select the right products, ensuring price quotes are accurate, verifying correct price labels, and confirming that all customer needs are met.
What We're Looking ForResponsibilities and Duties:
  • Customer Service- Assisting customer's in finding the right product for the customer's need in a warm and friendly manner
  • House Keeping- Help maintain assigned department clean & organized to help enhance the customer's shopping experience
  • Merchandising- Help maintain product selection (plan-o-grams) to be visually pleasing to the customer
  • Inventory- Help with stocking and other duties to help keep the shelves full with product
What You Need To SucceedMinimum Qualification:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Paint retail experience a plus
  • Hardware retail experience a plus
