Track, document, and report a variety of performance improvement and quality assurance projects and assignments.
Work with Division leadership and Business Development Department on a variety of Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives.
Attend required meetings.
Work with QA Specialist to investigate reports of quality service issues and ensure resolution in accordance with agency and division guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality checks in programs
Develop or update data monitoring procedures and documentation as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
Excellent computer skills, including database management, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, etc.
Must be able to interpret regulations and Performance Specifications
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to supervise multiple locations
Demonstrated ability to delegate and follow-up.
Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of child welfare and juvenile justice systems a plus
Qualifications Required:
Associates Degree (Preferred)
Must be able to travel to various locations throughout Western Massachusetts.
Must have valid driver's license and safe driving history.
Must have the reliable transportation
